Prof. Sabine Gaudzinski-Windheuser

Sabine Gaudzinski-Windheuser is professor of prehistoric and protohistoric archaeology at JGU and director of the Archeological Research Centre and Museum of Human Behavioural Evolution MONREPOS at Monrepos Castle in Neuwied. She is fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London and member of the executive board of the Prinz Maximilian zu Wied-Foundation.

Her research focuses on Pleistocene and Early Holocene archaeology and archaeozoology. As a GRC fellow, she will summarize the results of many years of excavations in Neumark-Nord (Saxony-Anhalt).
